i need to add SSH site in globel configuration settings in J

HI ALL,

Am new here,
i have a issue with create SSH site in global configuration settings in Jenkins ,
That is not for add ssh key for build projects ,

Please see the attachment , if i click to add button for add user its not working ,only see one user that is i have created for svn , i have restart Jenkins once still getting same .

Please help any one , because am already googled so much tome for resolve this issue .
