image based testing when machines with different hardware

Hello Team,

We are automating an application, spy tool is not able to recognize a particular screens alone. We tried with enabling plugins, as we have machines with different hardware and chassis type we are not able to implement the image based workaround as it varies machine to machine.

So can you suggest me with some other workaround.

When conducting image based testing the resolution has to be the same on each computer doing the testing.
