I have one Application which need to Play a Video in different native Apps installed in an same iOS device(say iPad Mini 2). In Playing a video there are several ways to Choose a installed native App to Play. These videos will always be played externally.
Is this possible to automate my App using Ranorex to launch the other native apps during Run time?

Hi,
I'm afraid, Ranorex (all test automation tool) cannot access native iOS apps. It's iOS security thing. There is nothing Ranorex folks can do about this.

Hello there,
Sorry my question confused you
You need not be afarid
What we wanted to know is While running a native app, we may need to access other apps along with the existing Ranorex library integrated native app. So is there a way we can access other native apps along with the current Ranorex library integrated app?

Hi,
Ranorex cannot automate non-instrumented and native iOS apps, no matter if they are started manually or from another (Ranorex instrumented) app. And I think this is what you asked for in your first post?
As for your second post, I think this has nothing to do with Ranorex? I'm not sure what exactly you mean by accessing the other app? If you want to "access" one iOS app from another (native) app, such operation must be allowed at iOS level and there must coded support for this action in both apps. I believe iOS8 introduced a limited way to share data between apps? I'm not sure if there were some improvements introduced in this area in iOS9.
