In what situation attached error will come

Hi Team,

I have just changed my floating license from one machine to another, it was working fine from past 3 hours. After restarting my system I am facing attached issue. Please let me know in what scenario this will show up.

Simply, the Ranorex license service is most probably not started/running?

On what kind of machine you installed Ranorex license server? Is this a 24/7 server machine or something similar? You should install license server on something reliable, which runs 24/7 and without hiccups.
