Windows Server 2008 R2 is just the server variant of Windows 7. At the moment we don't differentiate between those operating systems and therefore you get the "Windows 7" string. I added a feature request to our bug tracking system and we will provide more information in a future release of Ranorex.
At the moment you can use following article to overcome the issue if you need to:
