Installation issue

Hello All,

I am not able to install latest Trail version on my machine getting attached error.

Please help me into this.

Hi Nivas,

May I ask you to provide additional information about your system?

Please also let me know if you have tried to install Ranorex using the .MSI file or the .exe file.
Basically, it is recommended using the .exe file, since this one will install all necessary prerequisites which are mandatory to run Ranorex Studio and its components.

I have used .exe file to install.

It seems that the problem is related to a corrupt Microsft Update. May I ask you to try the solution, which is described on this article?
