Instant Recording on Mobile Device

Is it possible to use "Instant Recording" when starting to record a new module, for mobile web testing? When I use "Instant Recording" the actions I take on the mobile web page, are not recorded in the test.

The reason I don't want to use the "Mobile" option, is because I don't want the web page to refresh before starting to record. Perhaps there is a way to start "Mobile" recording, without refreshing the web page?

Hi Fergal,

Unfortunately that is currently not possible for new recordings.
But as a workaround you could add a “Run Mobile App” action to your new recording. If you add this action and you click on the “Record” button, the recorder recognizes that the Recording is meant for mobile and you can continue performing your actions on your mobile device.

You can also disable this action to avoid misunderstandings.
