iOS app deployed but no viewable/selectable in Record a Mobile Test screen.
I tried to "Add app" on the "Record a Mobile Test" screen, I instrumented and deployed the IOS app with help from the wizard, but after the succesfull message, I clicked "Finished" and then the app wont show up in the list.
However it is installed on my iPhone, but it doesn't show up in the RxServiceApp.

Have you already tried to start the app manually?
I found this in the Ranorex User Guide:
"The newly instrumented and deployed app, needs to be started manually for the first time, so that it gets registered at the RxServiceApp."

Sadly it doesn't. directly after manually opening the instrumented app, I get send back to the home screen and the app isn't started.

Does this also happen without instrumenting the app and just installing and starting on a device?
If not, I would suggest to contact Ranorex Support via mail.
I am sure, they can help you with that.
