Is there a way to store the report in a shared folder?
Re: Is there a way to store the report in a shared folder?
Ranorex 2.5 is no longer supported and the mechanisms it uses are not relevant any longer.
Please upgrade to a current version of Ranorex in order to receive meaningful support. Version 7.1.2 is the most current version right now.

I know that but work don't allow me to update.
Do you know how to do that without upgrade? Really appreciate!

Hi,
I think your only hope is to dig into this forum and try to find a relevant code. I'm afraid, most people here don't even remember 2.5, most probably including Ranorex support folks
Anyway, I personally would not rely on creating reports in shared folder from within the test. In general, it's not recommended to run tests from shared environment and use shared folders as such. I would suggest to create the report locally and then simply move it (either via batch some kind of always-on app) to a shared folder.

I'm not surprised mapping doesn't work. Have you tried using the fully qualified path (server name and all?)
