Losing bindings in module groups after changing module repo

Hi,
I tried to move some elements to separate repository.

Precondition:
* Repository element with variable
* Recording module used this element
* Module group with this module and constant binded to module variable
* Test case with module and bind variable

Steps:
1. Copy element to new empty repository
2. Change repository for recording module
3. Click 'No' on merge elements dialog
After this module repository was changed and bindings in test suite was saved. But bindings in module group was lost. Seems, changing repository update id for module variable from repository in test suites correctly but skip it for module group files. I expect bindings are updated correctly for all places.
