Lost connection to license

Hi

Sounds bit odd but wondering if any one have a possible solution they could advise to retrieve our license please !!
Our Ranorex license was stored on a Virtual Machine but due to RDP issues our IT department have changed DNS server ID of this virtual Machine .Now we lost all connections with Ranorex license and cannot view any of them on license manager.Tryed to re-install but doest allow as they are locked with same vm with different DNS server ID .

Hi All,

I just want to inform you that we were in touch with Dan per email.
The problem was resolved by setting the IP or the host name of the license server manually in the license manager on the client machine.
