if yes, may I know how to use it?
if no, may I know how to call lock screen?

You can take screenshots by using Report.Screenshot() method or recording action Report with parameter Screenshot (as described here).
I'm afraid, I don't understand your second question (about calling lock screen). What exactly you want to achieve? I'm sure there is no way to automate IOS system apps or 3rd party apps, which are not instrumented. On android, it may be possible to automate some system controls (thanks to Ranorex 5.3.0 improvements in this area). But I'm not quite sure about lock screen?
