Multiple versions of Ranorex on same machine

Hi

Is it possible to install two versions of Ranorex on same machine?

I want to evaluate latest (trial) version release of Ranorex while using previous (licensed) version for the project. I cannot upgrade to latest version untill I evaluate if code from previous version works fine with new one. Also wanted to evaluate new version for other features for different web and mobile applications.

Using different machines is not an option for me. I can try it on VM but don't want to face and keep resolving VM specific issues (if any), so thought to take advice.

Unfortunately this is not possible.
If you don't want to use a virtual machine I am afraid that you have to uninstall the old version and install the new version on your machine. If you do so please make a backup from the solution and evaluate the new version with a copy of the original solution.

Well, now I have no option than using a VM for new version.
