No of installations allowed for license has been exceeded

Hello Everyone,

Few days ago, we have purchased one floating license and we have used it on multiple systems with help of Ranorex license manager.

I had uninstalled the license successfully from last computer (uninstalled I mean using "Uninstall license" button in Ranorex license tool and from Ranorex License Manager) but getting below error i.e. The number of installations allowed for this license key has been exceeded.

Please suggest me how can proceed further.

The license manager should be run on only ONE system. You install the license ONLY on that system. The actual Ranorex Studio/Runtime installs will just use that key remotely.

You need to talk directly to Ranorex's Sales team about this, it sounds like you were using a floating license in a way that is not expected/allowed. They can be reached at [email protected], or you can email support at [email protected].
