Hi support team,
With a node-locked license, i trigger several Ranorex jobs. There are no problems on my server 2008 machine since a long time. Now i want to apply the same strategy on a windows server 2012 machine. Sometimes, when Jenkins tries to start a new job after 15 sec of sleep, a message warns that the license is currently used on the computer and it blocked all the process.
Is there a way to avoid this bug ?

Re: node locked license / Jenkins / unjustified message
Hi Florent,
Do you log-in to the server with multiple user, or are you always logged in with the same user?
Please note, a node locked license can only be used on one computer and user account at the same time.
Which version of Ranorex do you use?
Can you please post the whole error message?
What exactly do you mean with "after 15 sec of sleep"?
Regards,
Bernhard

ok, please have a look on the whole message below
i'm using Ranorex 5.2.3.22439
Several users can be connected to this machine at the same time but i use Ranorex alone.
the sleep i'm talking about is defined in each Jenkins command that trigger the tests

Code: Select all
sleep 15 & call D:\Ranorex\my_Rano.exe /tc:my_test_case /rf:"PATH_ReportFolder\my_report.html"
