Object Reference Error opening Support Forums from Ranorex

Note: This is a problem with Ranorex menus, not a problem using Ranorex with my webpage.

O/S: Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1

When I go from Ranorex Studio to Help | Web | Support Forums, I get an 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' error.
