I was planning to use AutoIt to automate converting Blurays to MKV with MakeMKV but it doesn't work cause MakeMKV's GUI is done with Qt. Someone on the AutoIt forums suggested using Ranorex Spy to query the application. I've set it up as suggested under Qt Testing but to no avail. All I get from the window is 'Form MakeMKV Beta', no controls and no text from the log section of the window or the output folder, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: OT: Ranorex Spy vs QWidget (Qt SDK installed)
Hi,
Do you know which QT SDK was used to build the tool?
Which Ranorex version are you using?
Do you have access to the sources of MakeMKV's?
Do you know the blog about "Enabling automation for custom QT widgets by adding Accessibility"?
Regards,
Markus
