Hi,
I am using a dev express tree list view of winforms. Its not showing parent child relationship within nodes. I have attached the snapshot and screen shot with this.
As you can see from the ranorex snapshot, the treeitem node 1 must be within node 0. But its not like that.
Kindly help.
Regards,
Siva R S

Hi,

Sorry but this is by design of the DevEpxress control. We just get the data of the control and provide them to the user. I tried it too with the DevExpress demos applications and I got the same result.vengaishiva wrote:As you can see from the ranorex snapshot, the treeitem node 1 must be within node 0. I am trying to find a solution for this.. I have hit same issue.
It's been a few years now, has anything changed?
Or any suggestions for work arounds?

Hello,
Which version of Ranorex are you using?
I am afraid that this is an issue in the DevExpress control. As Peter said, Ranorex just provides the data which is available in the control.
Please provide more information what you want to do. Maybe we can find a workaround for your issue. Additionally it would be very helpful to get a Ranorex Snapshot file.
Thank you!
Regards,
Bernhard
