Path Issue :Outlook/iManage (DMS) Integration

Hello, I am very new to Ranorex so please excuse if I don't explain the issue properly.

I am writing a script that opens Outlook, fills in the To, Subject line etc the clicks a button on the Outlook ribbon to open the iManage intergration so I can drill down to a document that is then inserted into the email.

I ran the script several times and all is good.

Then the script stopped running just before the actual insert of the document. Then it failed on the the step before, ran again and the step before the last step (I think you can see a pattern here).

So this morning I started a new solution, dealing only with the integration (Outlook, new email already open) and using Spy worked each step out and tested one at a time until finally it worked perfectly.

Then added starting up Outlook, a blank email and doing the insert and it failed as above Frustration isn't the word :roll:

I logged a call for this last week and the response was that I don't have robust paths. What I can't work out is how to create strong paths? The other thing I can't understand why the script works until I add the email bits around it then repeatedly fails, and once it fails it doesn't work again, even following a complete reboot of the machine.

I suspect that the area in the repository that is giving issues is table 488 and /?/?/ expression - but I am not sure what it means (see attachment below), so if any body can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
