Playback Timeout and Record Issue

Hello,

I am experiencing two issues:

1) Record does not catch a webview login screen (https://login.microsoftonline.com) for our app.
2) Play times out and throws the error: "Device WaitFor(DeviceConnected) timed outed." The device is connected, but nothing happens.

Hi,

I'm afraid, there is not enough information in your post to provide a reasonable answer. Please answer these questions first:

Ranorex version? Latest and greatest is 7.1.1. If you are using older version, please upgrade.
Tested mobile technology? I guess Android?
Are you connecting via USB or wifi? Wifi connection is usually faster and more reliable.
Have you tried to increase connection timeout? Default 10sec is probably too low.
