Hello,
I have a problem identifying elements in a PDF file.
Before, with Ranorex 5 and Adobe Reader V2018 it worked, I had table structures.
Now, with Ranorex V9.1 and Adobe Reader V2019, it doesn't work anymore, I only see text.
I have set the reading mode option to "Read the entire document".
Does anyone have any ideas?

A little clarification, I just did the test with Ranorex V9 and Adobe Reader 2018, I have the same problem.

Hi,
At first, the snapshot created with Ranorex 9.x shows screenshots from Acrobat and not the PDF itself? Also, could you please upload the PDF file? I'm afraid. it's impossible to tell what's wrong without seeing the PDF file. But I think this kind of issue would be best to discuss directly with Ranorex support.
