Problem: Ranorex launch the app twice

Hello,
Currently I am working with the trial version of Ranorex 6.0.2 and when I launch the recording, the RxServiceApp launches the app twice on the device iOS. So I cannot test the app after the first launch!
I am blocked, do you have any idea about this problem.

Hi,

I guess you don't mean that the application has two started instances, just that the app starts, closes and starts again? I'm pretty sure that the app should not be started twice, unless it's somewhere defined in your solution to start it twice? ;) Could you please share your test solution for a review?

Hi,
Ranorex resets and launches the app on 2 steps as shown in attachment.

But the result after the first launch is not as expected, the app is opened with a screen A instead of the screen B => Ranorex open the app as if it launched for the 2nd time and not the first.

Expected:
After the first launch I should have the Screen B
After the second launch and more I should have the screen A

Actual:
After the first launch, screen A is opened and it not due to the app (This behavior is observed only when I use Ranorex to record actions)

I've just seen that you are also in contact with my colleagues from the pre-sales team and that they have already answered your questions.

Please do not duplicate your requests, post either in our forum if you think the question can be answered from the community or send an email directly to us. Creating duplicate requests do not speed up the answering process, but rather creates an overhead.
