Kindly let me know, how to scan multiple QR codes across maximum android devices of different android versions and how to send scanned codes back to the server.

I can't imagine a reasonable way to achieve what you want, without human input (who will pick each device and manually scan the code) or a farm of physical devices placed on some kind of automatic rack?
Also, if you want to use multiple devices, you must instrument and upload the app under test to each device. So there must be created a mobile node for each device directly in your solution. In other words, there is not an easy and automatic way to achieve what you want with unlimited and unknown range of devices.
