I understand that the "ranorex agent" is useful for:
- run an automation of my computer to another computer as long as it is under the same network segment
- I can also check and download executions reports
- add multiple agents and assign different projections to each one.
but what other practical use can I have with the use of ranorex agent?
question about the practical use of ranorex agent

Re: question about the practical use of ranorex agent
Hello Jecardenasri01,
The main purpose of a Ranorex Agent is to simplify the process of executing your test on another machine to free up your machine and allow more time to develop your test while it is executing on another machine. In addition to your points, The Ranorex Agent also allows you to easily execute test on multiple machines at the same time. For more information on Ranorex Agents, check out the links below:
Furthermore, thanks to our UserVoice platform, we are also adding a command line interface option for our Ranorex Agent to allow you to easily and automatically execute test on the remote machines without human interaction.
I hope this helps!
Cheers,
Ned
