Question re Mobile Touch Error Message

When running tests recorded on a mobile website, actions to touch menu items, are resulting in the error shown below. This has happened for a number of different items on the web page.

Would you please have any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

Hello Fergal,

In order to analyze the issue I would need more detailed information.
May I ask which version of Ranorex you currently use?
On which mobile platform do you execute your tests, Android or iOS?
Does this issue occur at specific steps of your test or randomly?

It would be great if you could upload the compressed Ranorex Report of the failed test case.

Thanks Johannes, I have emailed the report to Ranorex support email. The other details you asked for are listed below.

Ranorex 5.4.3
Testing on Android
Issue occurs sometimes but not others, however, usually when executing a touch action.
