Ranorex 6 - Ranorex Agent - Local agent shows idle

Hello Support,

My local Remote list shows "Idle" for all my register agents when there are running jobs on the remote clients. I have two Ranorex agents running on two separate workstation. I would kick off a job on each of them from my local workstation. My Remote list would show that both are publishing. After they are done publishing, it shows Idle. When I VNC to my two remote PCs, the Ranorex Agent will show that there is a job running. Additionally, I can see an open command window show that the job is running on each machine.

I checked another workstation that has Studio install and has both agents registered. On that machine, both agents also show "Idle".

Additionally, the run history doesn't automatically update after the test run. The report list sometimes will update if I change the filter settings. But, over 50% of the time I would have to remove the agent from the list and add it again before the run history updates. I even tried to wait over 30 minutes and it didn't update.
