Hello,
We would like to automate testing interface software written in C++ and a web application
Ranorex seems easy to use and objects recognition is very good. This ease of use does not hide it limits in automation ?
I would like to have feedback of ranorex experience. In your own experiences, what limit software did you meet ?

Re: Ranorex feedback experience
We use Ranorex when writing our own code so no Studio or Recorder.
- Some older Infragistics controlls are problematic
- Since we choose to write our own code we have to take care of test case setup and execution and all that framework stuff.
- Ranorex requires open desktop to work on. (HyperV connect window helps with that.)
- Automating 32 and 64 bit software is same code can be tricky.
- Found some issues with running through PsExec, found workaround and waiting to see if they can be resolved.
All this is small peas in comparison to benefits.
