Ranorex freezes

Dear customer service,

I have just a problem with Ranorex.
Very occasional Ranorex freezes. It doesn't matter what I do or what I choose. Is this a known issue?

Do you know of a possible solution my problem?

This is a blocking issue.

For additional information: The OS of my PC is Windows 7.

Hi,

You forgot to mention your Ranorex version. Also, do you by any chance use TFS integration?
