Ranorex instrumentation warning on Pale Moon browser

Post by krstcs » Fri Dec 05, 2014 9:05 pm

Ranorex 5.2.1
Windows 7 Pro

I installed Pale Moon browser, a derivative of Firefox and have it running while I run Ranorex tests. Ranorex insists that I don't have FF instrumented (I do, but FF isn't running, PM is).

Since Pale Moon isn't actually FF and isn't supported by Ranorex, I should not be getting instrumentation warnings for it.

Hi krstcs,

You're right, I will forward this to our development department.

As a current workaround you could select "Do not show again" in the limitation warning window in case this is very annoying for you:
