Ranorex License Issue on my Local machine!!

Hi Team,

I am facing the License issue for Ranorex in my local machine.

we purchased license 4months back but in studio start page its showing license expired on 03/2018

I have cross verified the license is same in both the machines(including my local and other machine) highlighted the same values in below attached file configure Ranorex License:

i tried using remove and re-configuring the license in licensing.

Could you please share the steps to re-configure the license on my machine so that I can continue my work.

Hi,

Are you sure that you (or someone else responsible) added newly acquired licenses to the Ranorex license server? My guess is, that there are still only old licenses installed?

Hi,

its working fine in other machine.

only in this machine its not working
