Ranorex Remote Agent SocketException

Any idea what might be the issue ? It seems to point to a problem with the .Net Framework but I have the 4.5.2 version installed. Also, Ranorex 7.1.0 is installed on that machine and works just fine (OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard).

I cannot figure out what the problem is, any help would be appreciated.

Hello maxbale,

We have seen this error with another customer a month ago. The issue was actually related to the license. I would prefer, if we could try to resolve this possible licensing issue via email. Please send us an email to [email protected]. Don't forget to attach your customer ID at the beginning of your support email and also send the license key of the license that your Ranorex Agent is trying to lease.
