Hi,

What Ranorex version are we talking about? If you are using something older than most recent 8.3.1, please update Ranorex and try to reproduce the problem. At next, how exactly do you convert report to PDF? Are you doing it within the solution (via code) or via command line?

- I using Ranorex version 8.0.0 (with license) , this issue happened on sometimes
- I convert PDF within the solution by use ReportToPDFModule.cs; module from Ranorex Automation Helper

Is it bug/issue from Ranorex 8.0.0 ?

Hi,

I'm afraid, Ranorex 8.0 is quite old and no longer supported. I don't remember any report-specific problem in 8.0, but one never knows? There were many bug fixes done between 8.0 and 8.3.1, so it's always better to keep track of updates. Please try to update to 8.3.1 and if the problem persists, we can discuss what to do next.

PS: it seems that there was indeed a fix for empty reports, released in 8.0.1!
