Unfortunately, we are currently facing an issue with the iOS Certificate. Therefore, it could come to problems when you try to use the iOS Service application or the RxBrowser on your iOS Devices.
In order to resolve the issue, please perform the following steps
- Remove the iOS Service Application / RxBrowser from your device
- Install the latest applications from our Mobile Download Archive
- After installing the latest iOS Service Application / RxBrowser, remove them from your device again
- Install the desired version either from the mobile download archive or directly from our Instrumentation Wizard.
