Ranorex Spy element highlight not fit with element position

Hi guys,
I'm trying to use Ranorex to track element item on iOS device, Safari.
I'm using Ranorex 9.1.0 on PC windows 64 bits, Appium 1.13 on MAC and iOS version 11.4.
In Appium, with inspector mode I can see it get element with right position. But when I connect ranorex to check item on iOS device, the position of element not match with element in picture.
As in the picture, the position of the blue button is high above with its position in the picture.

I started ranorex in x64 folder and using command "Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\oleacc.dll" with Administrator role also but nothing works!
Could anyone please suggest a solution to fix this issue?
