Hi,
When i'm trying to spy the touch function for an app.Following error is showing up. How can i spy the touch process in the app. Though i touch action on the UI element this isn't working.
Please help me out.

Touch is not supported by the application element. Instead it has to be performed on a UI element contained in the app.

Hi,
Please upload a Ranorex snapshot (Not screenshot) of the problematic element. From the error message it looks as you need to choose different element to touch (parent/child of the actually selected). Additionally, what you can try is to use Click operation, instead of touch
Click often works also with mobile apps.
