Hello,
I'm new to Ranorex, and i'm in a learning curve with the tools.
I'm on
Windows XP Pro French SP 3
Silverlight 5
Ranorex Studio version 3.0.0.11639
What i did :
1. Open a browser, go to our Silverlight 5 application, windowsless is false (by default)
2. Open Ranorex Spy , and click on Button Track
3. Automatically Ranorex Spy got minimized and i clicked what i want to track (in my case, i clicked the whole page)
4. Ranorex Spy got automatically opens and i got the screenshot of what i clicked.
But weirdly, the Ranorex Spy (though get minimized), are always capture in my screenshot.
And other thing that is weird, sometimes the screenshot in my repositories are not quite the same when i choose it from my recording item.
Any ideas how can this happened ?

Hello,
As Ranorex 3.0.0 is quite an old version I would suggest updating at least to the last bug fix version of Ranorex 3.0, which is Ranorex 3.0.5.

Can you still see the issue with the new version?

Indeed, it's working much better now.
I think i must ask my chief to renew our subscription, since our are already expired on 03/2011.
