I am begining on Ranorex, so i have couple of questions:
1) Why Ranorex Spy intended for?
2)Can i run a several module groups one after one in a row/parallel?

If you are starting with Ranorex, the best you can do is to start with Ranorex User Guide (available here) and Ranorex screencasts (available here). Also, you should not miss Ranorex webinars (available here).
As for your first question, the purpose of Ranorex Spy is very well described here:

As for your second question, you can run the module groups one by one, not in parallel! Just place them in a TestCase of your choice and in order you want then to be run, then run the entire Test Suite. That's all.
