Ranorex Studio Windows 10 Scaling Issue

Hi,

I seem to have a scaling issue with Ranorex v6.0.1 running in Windows 10. The buttons are very small and some are even hidden due to the issue.

I have attached an image showing the display. This remains the same whether I run on my laptop's display or run it on an attached monitor.

Are there any solutions?

Thank you for reporting this behavior.
May I ask you if you have set a custom sizing in Windows 10 Display settings?

If so, please try resetting the value to 100% and check if the problem is still occurring.

Do you have a fix for this yet? I'm running windows 10 on parallels for mac. Your software is completely unusable at any resolution

I think the problem is the DPI scaling. I'm running Ranorex on a Surface Book and had to set the DPI factor to 120%.
Otherwise, some UI elements are not shown correctly. May this also helps you with Ranorex on your Win10 on mac.
