Question 1: When I am recording a test case which can be run on the screen, RANOREX identifies various widgets on the screen which are used when the recording is played back.
I have seen that the widgets are not being identified when I am clicking on a few widges.
Question 2: Also, how can I get values like text or numbers from various widgets on the screen which can then be used for validation?
Can some one please help me with this. Contact Info: Shripad Potnis Tel: # 609 279 3994

Sorry but we have no phone support. The only support we offer is our highly frequented forum and you can send us mails to [email protected]. In a few cases we do online meetings, but at the beginning we start with forum or mail. Thank you for your understanding.spotnisR wrote:Is it possible to discuss the issues by calling you?

Actually Ranorex is a Black Box Testing tool, because it interacts with the GUI of your AUT and not with the back-end. But in a few technologies, like WinForms, it is also possible to use White Box Testing.Harshal Joshi wrote:I am new to Ranorex.
