Refactor > Remove unused imports

Post by sdaly » Thu Sep 02, 2010 8:27 am

Hi

In SharpDevelop there is a feature to remove unused import statements. It's under toolbar > refactor > remove unused import statements. Has this been removed from Ranorex studio, or is this feature only included in a recent version of SharpDevelop?

Hi,

Ranorex 2.3.4 is based on Sharp Develop 3.2 and we don't use all features of Sharp Develop.
In which Version of Sharp Develop you saw this toolbarentry?

Hi Peter

It was version 3.2 I saw it in....

Maybe Ranorex could add a general code cleanup feature which would include that to make it easier for users to clean their code up...

Thanks
Scott

Hi Scott,

We will add the "Refactor Menu" in a future release of Ranorex. We also have a new function in Ranorex 3.0, where you can remove unused repository items. If you have any other suggestions, please post it.

Peter
