Hi,
Im currently trying to install Ranorex-3.3.0 in a XP desktop where .NET Framework 4 is installed and successfully working.
But still during installation, Ranorex tries to download and install .NET 3.5 again.
And got struck with error as below:
Error: Setup has detected that the file 'C:\DOCUME~1\242542\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD32.tmp\DotNetFX35SP1\dotNetFx35setup.exe' has changed since it was initially published.
The log is attached for your reference.
Kindly share the steps to complete the installation. Thanks in advance.

Please try to install the actual Ranorex version, which is Ranorex 3.3.1.

Keep in mind that you have to use the setup.exe file for the installation.
Could it be that you just have installed the client version of the .Net 4.0 framework?
Ranorex needs the full/extended version of the .Net Framework, otherwise it will not work properly.
Is the Service Pack 3 installed on the XP machine, if not please install this service pack too.
