Rename command enabled but doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new solution
2) Expand Recording1.rxrec in the Project tree
3) Right-click on the UserCode entry
Notice: Rename is available in the context menu
4) Choose Rename
Notice: Nothing happens. Either it should be disabled if not applicable or it should work.
