Runner.exe keep failing

Hi Guys

I am running 9.1.1 Ranorex Studio on a standalone PC with a number of solutions that test adaptation at UK Airports.

Today I added another solution which does exactly what the other solutions do but every time I run the recording runner.exe fails.

I have reduced the recording down to one single line which opens an application but this also fails.

I have tried everthing I can to resolve the issue but to no avail.

I have attached a screenshot; any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

At first, you should try running your test with Ranorex 9.2.1. Ranorex 9.1.1 is half a year old and there were released 3 newer versions since 9.1.1, with tons of bug fixes and improvements. If you can still reproduce the problem with 9.2.1, please create a support ticket, via support form available here...

I have created a ticket and I have also copied the recording into another solution and of course it works.

The problem seems to be when I create a "new" solution. Something is going wrong when the project is built.

I will try 9.2.1 tomorrow and see what happens.

FIXED!

Somehow Net Framework had been uninstalled...this meant that any new solutions failed.

Have re-installed and upgraded to 9.2.1...
