Hello,
I just upgraded the node locked machine from 8.2 to 9.0.1
I upgraded and compiled 1 script.
I copied the new EXE to my runtime machine which was also upgraded from 8.2 to 9.0.1
When I run the EXE on my runtime machine I get this message
RX license is not available, waiting...
My license manager was NOT upgraded, and I know for sure I have 1 license available (out of 2)
Could that be the issue? I need to upgrade also the license manager to 9.0.1 (which only my IT team can do it)

You are correct, the license manager will need to be upgraded. As a best practice, I would recommend keeping the license manager up to date as it is backward compatible.
