I have been running this RxServiceApp for some time on an iPad with iPhone OS v9.1 and RxServiceApp Service Version 2.1.1
The program appears to be running. This can be ascertained by double-clicking the single control button on the front of the device. When I touch the screen - it should open and stay on the screen. Instead it just opens for a second & shuts. It looks like RxServiceApp is crashing.
I need to have this screen on top so that Ranorex can start my test application.
Any ideas?
RxServiceApp on IOS will not stay on top.

Re: RxServiceApp on IOS will not stay on top.
Hi stapes,
could you please check if an iOS Crash log is available under
iOS Settings App -> Privacy -> Diagnostics & Usage -> Diagnostic & Usage -> Appname-Timestamp.crash
If there is a file available, may I ask you if you could add it to this posting or send it to [email protected]?
After synchronization of your device via iTunes, the log files are located in
%appdata%\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\Devicename\
Thank you in advance,
Regards,
Markus (S)

Hi Stapes,
I've just seen that you were also in contact with one of my colleagues about a similar issue in this posting
As far as I understood, the problem seems to be somehow related and already resolved by re-installing the RxService app.
