Using Ranorex 4.0.4.23593
On Win 2003 R2
tried using Ranorex SPY for the identification but no element was caught
help will be appreciated

Sorry for the late response, I had to wait for the Ranorex update (Sysadmin), after it was completed
I waited another week to check that the problem doesn't reappear.
and i can tell you that the new version fixed it !

Enviroment: Win 2003 R2 enterprise edition 32 Ranorex Studio 4.0.2.21666 with Developer premium license .Net Runtime Version 4.0.30319.1 It happened on different occasions sometimes i have to close and reopen ranorex to continue, and sometimes closing the error message and restarting the test fixed ...
