I tried to use Ranorex 4.0.2,this issue still.
there is snapshot file attached.

Ranorex not recognize third-party components - TreeViewAdv
Such as: the container has a menu tree, spy can only target element, can not locate the tree menu.
Who encounter such problems, give solutions?
