while going through the user documentation, I came across a term 'XMLdoc summary'

I just wanted to know where we can use that XMLdoc summary? whats the use of that document?

We have developed some automation scripts using Silktest for desktop application.
Now we are switching to ranorex.
Is their any way to import existing 'silk test' scripts into Ranorex..?
