Yes I've just sent support an email this morning. Hopefully the problems can be rectified as our test suite is currently unusable. I will post the solutions when available

Have you looked at the release notes? You should read them every time you update to make sure you know the possible issues. Hi, I'm afraid, it's pretty hard to suggest something reliable without seeing the app in question, the test itself (at very least screenshot of recording where it typically fails) and exact error message (ideally entire report). But even then, it may be impossible to tell what's wrong. I would sugg...

Hi, If you are on 6.0 your Ranorex license is most probably expired and so you may be able to update only up to the version covered by your existing license. We're on version 6.0 and just looking to update. We can't find any option available to update the software. I think this usually shows on the start page but we can only see "loading...". Our internet connection is fine.

Is there anyway to pause and resume tracking? I need to click a menu item within a button. I cannot track the menu item as I have to select the button first. It is therefore tracking the button first every time.

Hi Pavel
We're removing the duplicate items - I'm not too sure where they've came from but they were always there since we started the project. Removing these and making sure our tests are linked to the correct repository item will resolve the problem.
