Re: Batch Job Testing
Hi, At first, the snapshot you posted revealed that you are using Ranorex 6.1.1, which is too old and no longer supported. Please update to latest 6.2.1. At next, the table you are working with is apparently not fully recognized by Ranorex. The only cells it recognized is the one with Job Code in s...

Re: Batch Job Testing
Hello Gary, I do not have access to your application so I will use some other application where I imagine the structure could be similar. Your table will probably hold multiple jobs at the same time, some have a valid Job Key and some not? I can give you some directions for only 1 row. For Conditio...

A Generci Question
Hi all A question for all the gurus out there...... I am trying to automate a basic test (record and play) wherein the system generates a letter for the client. Re: Validating a value in a row
Hi Gary, I'm afraid, there is no screenshot attached to your post. Anyway, screenshots are usually useless in such cases. Please post a Ranorex snapshot instead (learn how to create one > here <). Additionally, Ranorex 5.4 is way too old and no longer supported. Please download the latest version 6...

Validating a value in a row
Hi I am new to Ranorex and we are currently using version 5.4 with trial licence key. Kindly refer to the screenshot which I have attached for your reference. Re: KeyPass Test Failed
Hello gary, As Robin wrote, this might have different reasons. The most common reason is that the control is not fully loaded when Ranorex performs a click on this element. Do you execute the test on a virtual machine? If yes, maybe the vm doesn't have enough resources or is just slow. Please check...
